Ad Campaign Ownership & Usage
• All ad campaigns, creatives, and marketing assets developed by Alpine Mediaworx remain our intellectual property.
• Clients may not use, modify, or continue running campaigns originally created by Alpine Mediaworx if they are no longer subscribed to our services.
• Unauthorized use of our ad campaigns or CRM after service termination is a violation of our terms and may result in legal action.
• If a client discontinues our services, Alpine Mediaworx reserves the right to remove or pause any campaigns that were previously set up and managed by us.
