(h) use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use of the Services;
(i) engage in any activity that could damage, disable, disrupt, or impair the functionality or security of the Services;
(j) use any robot, spider, crawler, or other automated means to access or use the Services;
(k) use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; or
(l) assist or encourage any third party in engaging in any activity prohibited by these Terms.

Ad Campaign Ownership & Usage

• All ad campaigns, creatives, and marketing assets developed by Alpine Mediaworx remain our intellectual property.

• Clients may not use, modify, or continue running campaigns originally created by Alpine Mediaworx if they are no longer subscribed to our services.

• Unauthorized use of our ad campaigns or CRM after service termination is a violation of our terms and may result in legal action.

• If a client discontinues our services, Alpine Mediaworx reserves the right to remove or pause any campaigns that were previously set up and managed by us.

By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties
